The HOA meeting is set for Saturday, June 9th at 9:00 at Pinetop
Country Club. Look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
Three board positions to be voted on. If you are interested
in joining the Board, please reach out to any Board Member. The
nominations and voting happens at the HOA meeting.

It is a beautiful day on the mountain to celebrate Easter.
Summer fun in the cool pines is rapidly approaching!!
4-7-12 - BEAR
Alert
A large black bear was spotted on Buck Springs road this past
week. They are back earlier than usual. Please be
careful when out walking at night. Also, keep garbage cans in a
closed area and put them out the day of pick up to avoid attracting
bears to the neighborhood.
12-18-11 - Winter
Update
Happy Holidays from the Mountain! As of Sunday at 2:00 pm, the
roads are clear with some ice and snow on the center street and snow on
Starwood. The gates are closed and the entrances have snow and
ice on the street. The best entrance is on Country Club.
Driveways have about 2 - 3 feet of snow and it is heavy. More
snow expected this evening and Monday.

A BIG thanks to Scott Davies and Herb Jenneskens for all the work on
the gates and providing codes to vendors and neighbors. We have a
much safer neighborhood as a result. THANKS!!
8-7-11 - Gate code process
Operation & Rules guide is on the Documents page.
You will now need to use your personal 24 hour gate code to enter
Starwood. Please do not give this code to vendors.
Utility/contractor and emergency service codes have been
provided.
If you use the services of an outside contractor, please complete the
vendor form and send it to one of the Board members for the assignment
of a utility/contractor code.
Gate remote control devices are available for $25.00. Please
contact a board member for purchase.

Association Meeting:

notice -Visitors/renters
This is a friendly reminder to
ensure neighborhood visitors understand our neighborhood norms.
It is expected that quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. and outside noise
be kept to a minimum.

notice - Dog lovers
I am sharing this as a fellow dog
owner. There have been a
number of complaints about barking dogs left outside while the
parent(s) are gone. Please be considerate of your
neighbors and if your dog continuously barks, please keep him/her in
the house while you are gone. They miss you and want to
share that by barking at walkers, squirrels, birds, the wind and
therefore interrupt the peaceful experience of the mountain for all
within barking distance.
